Is the logo design I receive unique?

Yes, it is. Each logo design we develop is original and unique.

There is only one of each logo in our design collection and we don't use cliparts.

When confirming your purchase, the logo design you chose is removed from the exclusive logo collection and it is available for you only. If many clients order the same logo at the same time, the one who gets the logo is the one who bought it first. We will then re-design a brand new logo design for the other clients unless they prefer to choose another one in our collection.

Who owns the copyright of my logo design?

From the moment you have received your final work, you fully own the copyright and you are free to register your brand new logo design through the registration office. We retain only the right to display the artwork in our portfolio and advertising materials.

How do I open the files?

Please find below how you should open the files that you have received by email.

ZIP

The .zip (archived) files are usually opened by WindowsXP, Vista or other specific software like WinZip, TotalCommander, etc.

EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)

Opening an EPS requires certain software, so you may not be able to view your EPS onscreen. (Please note: Just because your EPS file displays poorly onscreen does not mean it will print badly.) The most used software used to open and edit an EPS vector file: Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand, Corel Draw.

JPG (Joint Photographic Experts Group)

A JPG contains raster information, which means that its resolution is determined by the size of its pixels. It is best to print a JPG at its original size only. The .jpg file can be used in all programs as Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc and it is suppoted by all Internet browsers like Internet Explorer, Mozilla FireFox, etc. The following software can be used to open and edit JPEG files: Adobe Photoshop, Corel PhotoPaint.

GIF (Graphics Interface Format)

A GIF contains raster information, which means that its resolution is determined by the size of its pixels and a GIF file supports transparency. The GIF file is usually use for web. The .jpg file can be used in all programs as Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc and it is suppoted by all Internet browsers like Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc. The following software can be used to open and edit JPEG files: Adobe Photoshop, Corel PhotoPaint.

AI (Adobe Illustrator)

Opening an AI requires certain software, so you may not be able to view your AI onscreen. The following software can be used to open and edit an AI vector file: Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw (import command).

Yes. You will receive a Web-ready file (.gif and .jpg), so you can use your logo on a website.

Where else can I use my new logo?

You should use your logo everywhere you can: on business cards, presentations, offers, TV advertising, mouse pads, coffee cups, sticky notes, tote bags, pens and t-shirts. From now on, you can use your new logo everywhere you want.

Can I print my logo on a large poster?

Yes. And the poster may have any dimension that you desire. You only have to go to a printing house with the .eps file that you received from us. The .eps file doesn't lose its quality and it can be increased at the needed dimensions.

Is there any refund policy?

Since Logotion products are digital files, there are no means to physically "return" the product for a refund or exchange. Therefore we do not grant refunds. However, we will replace a damaged file with the same file, if such a request is made. We strive for complete customer satisfaction, so please contact us if any issues arise from your purchase.

What if I want more changes on my logo after receiving the logo design files?

It's not a problem at all. The simple changes (asked by you in the order form) are free of charge. After that, we charge the extra design modifications. We advise you to be very specific when you fill in the order form.

Can I change the logo design with another one if I regret what I choose?

It is important that you find a logo design that works for your type of business before you take the final decision. Unfortunately we are not able to accept changing a logo design you have already bought.

What if I adjust myself the logo design file?

If you have the graphical programs about we told you above and if you know how to use them, you are able to adjust yourself the files. But, if you don't know how to do it, we strongly advice you not to do any change on your brand new logo design files. Please, make a safety copy of the file before you start doing any change.
